Donate Time
Volunteers are essential to the fulfillment of our mission. In 2007, volunteers contributed more than 32,000 hours to Edmonton’s Food Bank.
Direct service volunteer positions at the Food Bank include client referral, hamper packing, driving, swamping, janitorial, sorting, and reception. There are also opportunities for volunteers to help on evenings and weekends with special events. Please visit our Long Term Volunteer Opportunities page if you would like to join us at the Food Bank on a weekly basis during the day (Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.).
